9. Transfer of title and Delivery of orders

a. Once we have shipped your order, transfer, risk and responsibility for delivery has passed to the purchaser. UPS and Fedex only guarantee delivery to you and/or your agents once your agent acknowledges receipt. All orders are shipped FOB shipping point, which means ownership and risk of loss transfers to you once we deliver the products to shipping agent. If you elect to pick up your order, ownership and risk of loss will transfer to you when you (or your agent) take possession of the order. Please contact us ASAP if you need us to file for loss or damage.

b. Please make sure that someone is available at the ship-to address you provided to sign for your package. Please notify us in writing prior to shipping if you need us to specify that delivery must be made to a specific recipient, otherwise you agree that any party at your address may accept delivery.

c. We are not responsible for any tariffs and taxes that may be charged by your respective government on international orders. This fee is charged by the country of destination, if you are unsure about your laws and regulations please contact your local postal agency prior to purchasing to find out the package value limit. In the UK, British Customs law requires that all applicable Taxes (VAT) as well as customs clearance fees must be paid for shipments entering the UK. (At present, if an order has a total value of £18 or more, it will attract VAT (15%) and the International Handling fee by Royal Mail of £8). U.S. Customs Law prohibits merchants to claim GIFTS on purchased orders placed by international customers. Please do not ask us to break the law.

10. Returns and Exchanges

Due to prior abuse of policies, Good Catch does not accept returns or exchanges. We will gladly review situations on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us ASAP if you receive defective or damaged merchandise and/or need us to file for loss or damage with the carrier. Due to local health code, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges on earrings.
